Om on the Range is about exploring your possibilities. We are open to everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness or background. We are non-competitive and encourage you to find your balance through breath and awareness. From the center, strength, presence and connection take root.

Our classes embody a Vinyasa Flow style that is fun, has some rigor and is all levels.

Please note that our indoor classes from October to May are in a warm studio space heated to the low/mid 80 degrees. These classes are listed on our online scheduler as Om in the Space.
